Fees

To give you an idea of what to expect, the fees below apply to appointments at The London Scar Clinic, Harley Street. Fees at other locations may vary.

• Standard assessment: £230 (one hour)
  Includes a clinical letter summarising the assessment, recommendations and agreed next steps.

• Case-managed assessment: £350 (one hour)
  For patients whose care is being coordinated by a case manager. This fee reflects the additional preparation, reporting, liaison and communication usually required as part of case-managed care.

• Follow-up appointment: £180 (one hour)

• Combined LPG and manual treatment: £230 (one hour)
  Usually around 30 minutes of LPG therapy and 30 minutes of hands-on scar treatment, tailored to your needs.

• LPG treatment: £280 (one hour)
  Full LPG treatment sessions are usually one hour. For some patients, a longer treatment session may be required.

• Joint assessment: £395 (one hour)
  A joint consultation with me and a specialist plastic surgeon with expertise in burns and scars.

• Pressure garment assessment and fitting
  The usual assessment or follow-up appointment fee applies. The garment is supplied and paid for directly to the garment company. An administration fee of £75 may also apply where additional ordering and coordination are required.

• Home visits (UK and international)
  Home visits may be available where appropriate. Fees are agreed individually and take account of appointment time, travel time and associated travel costs. You will be given a clear fee in advance.
