Common questions

  • Not initially. However, a photo is often the quickest and most effective way for me to understand your scar and assess whether I can help. If images would be useful after I review your enquiry, I will provide clear, safe instructions for sending them.

  • I aim to reply within 48 hours whenever possible.

  • Yes. Your details are kept strictly confidential and are processed in line with GDPR. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.

  • That’s very understandable and completely normal. Share whatever information you can, and I’ll guide you from there. My goal is to make the process as straightforward and supportive as possible.

  • If an appointment seems like the right next step, I will ask you to complete the form on the Contact Us page with basic details about your scar. We’ll then discuss the most appropriate venue for your assessment, confirm costs and a suitable date and time. Payment is made in advance of your appointment by BACS. I’ll send you some forms to complete online before your appointment so that all the necessary information is available to make the most of our time together.

  • Our fees vary depending on the type and length of treatment you require. You can view our pricing here.

  • You are very welcome to reach out via email or by phone. If you’re referring a patient or client, using the Contact form with a few details about their scar makes the process quicker and easier.
